Experiencia fantástica: When we first started looking at putting our home on the market, there were many realtors in the Fort Lauderdale area contacting us to list our home. There is no shortage of realtors in South Florida, that is for sure. But since we were doing this sale from halfway across the country, it was even more important to find a realtor that would do a quality job with the listing and that we could trust. We first learned about Dean from some information he sent us. His examples of listing descriptions and photos were far superior to any others that we saw on the listing sites at the time. Well written and catchy descriptions as well as good quality photos - including drone aerials and virtual staging. Dean was also very responsive from the beginning, always willing to answer questions and/or provide buyer feedback after showings. The home sale process became very stressful as we had multiple buyers that failed to qualify at the last minute due to lenders missing buyer deficiencies earlier in the process. I had interviewed 2 other Realtors; Dean’s 17 years of experience, awards and accolades as well as his knowledge of the real estate market I was more than confident that he would be the best candidate. Dean also virtually staged my house that made it extremely appealing to the perspective buyers within a few days he was to secure at least 70 showings; in 3 days of the property being on the market Dean was able to get me an offer that was $40,000 over my asking price and also walk me through the process of selecting the best offer. I was also traveling cross country during the process; his daily communication and availability was outstanding. He also selected a Title Agent (Jean Cascio) that was also helpful as well; she was able to set up most signings electronically as well as communicating with parties outside of the US that so helpful.
