Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I tried to work with three other realtors in Maine when one of them told us to go on Zillow because they had more realtors who may have time to work with us. At that point we were very frustrated and ready to give up on trying to purchase a piece of land that we liked. While in a motel, because one of the realtors backed out of a meeting, we went on Zillow and requested a showing at the land that we were interested it. Within minutes, at 11 pm on a Saturday, Jessica Nye text us to introduce herself and let us know that she would be willing to help us with the showing. That text gave us hope that we would be able to accomplish this dream that we had. We met Jessica at the land that weekend and talked. We loved her personality, energy and passion to help us. Throughout the next couple of weeks, Jessica got us all the answers that we were looking for and kept things moving. A couple of times other people tried to slow things down and make things difficult, but Jessica was right on top of it and she kept things on schedule and made sure the agreement was followed. Without Jessica I think my husband and I may have given up on this dream. We can't thank her enough for keeping our hope alive and helping us through this process. At closing Jessica gave us a folder with a copy of all the forms that we filled out. On the front of that folder it says, "Outstanding Agents, Outstanding Results". Jessica is that kind of a realtor.

Experiencia fantástica: Legend has it that Mike Ireland was born in abysmal darkness of the mountains. When he was first viewed by his loving mother it was declared he would B. a Michael. No one has ever discovered what the B. Mike means but alas the legend continues on! For reals though Mike and Chelsea are the only team you need and if you go about, it with someone else your loss. My wife and I have bought 2 properties and 1 piece of land with M&C and have never once thought twice about who we would go with each time. We have been with Mike since he was a part time seller and now, he might as well be the King of Lincoln Realty. The profile states their location is Bangor area, but don’t let that fool you – they do the entire state. As a team he gets to know you more while Chelsea is involved in the background looking and finding the listing to present to you the customer. If you need something they are there and if they can’t figure it out, they call in the arsenal of contractors or agents that can assist. If you want someone to listen to you and to figure you then go with the Ireland’s. We can’t really say enough good things about either of them, as they are down right fantastic.
