Experiencia fantástica: I recently had a family member needing to sell their home in Indio to relocate. As an industry professional of almost a quarter of century they reached out for help. I researched the top agents that served the area and was able to create a list of about a dozen agents that seemed pretty solid. Then came the first test. If I call, with my out area phone number, will they answer my call. If they did not, I was not leaving a message. I was moving on to another agent that took calls. My reasoning is what if someone is driving by the home and sees the sign, or sees it online. I want the home to get sold so the agent better answer their phone! From these calls I was able to decide on two agents to interview. The reason we chose to hire Justin and Sarye Smith is summed up here: Prior to getting the listing- They listened to the clients needs, concerns, and ideas. They were able to respectfully educate the client on the market conditions, pro’s and con’s to listing at different price points, staging the home, etc. They drove around the neighborhood to see some of the other homes for sale currently, along with homes sold recently. They knew the competition. They knew what perspective buyers had to choose from. This helped them advise on the best list price. Once we decided to list with Justin and Sarye- They hired an amazing photographer with immense talent. They took aerial photos to show the home’s placement on the golf course as well as show the amazing backyard patio and pool. Sarye created professional grade videos for social media to hype up the potential buyers. They arranged successful open houses that resulted in offers coming in. They were able to smoothly, professionally, and respectfully negotiate a sales price above expectations. The sales process was smooth and pain-free. They even negotiated to allow the seller to stay in the home an extra week to allow time for the replacement home to close escrow, plus for the seller to get packed up and move out. In summary: Justin and Sarye worked with immense integrity. They were straight forward an honest with expectations, requirements, and all dealings. They were easy to talk to and really listened. They were never pushy in any way. They always answered phone calls and responded to texts. We were never left felt unsure of what was going on. I highly recommend Justin and Sarye Smith for the greater Palm Springs area.
