Her communication is top notch, if she does not immediately know the answer she finds out from the proper source very quickly. None of the houses we looked at on our house hunting visit worked out, but Allie gained our trust over those days and learned what we were looking for accurately enough that we ended up buying a house without even setting foot into it a couple weeks later. She understood what we were wanted and was just as critical of borderline houses as we would've been. Allie went out of her way to scope out potential houses we had only seen pictures of, even doing multiple video walk throughs with us clear across the country.
