Experiencia negativa: Would give zero if I could. They bought a house from our ex landlord we rented from for 3 years. He assured us nothing would change besides rent would be paid through an online portal. That’s cool, but it wouldn’t let me create an account to pay the rent when I literally put the money on my card to pay rent. He then gave me a 5 day to pay or quit, still refusing to assist me on my portal to pay the rent. He only gave me 2 days to vacate the property and completely lied to mine and my kids faces. They completely remodeled the place and raised the rent. He did this to 4-5 other people in my town also. Very unprofessional and terrible communication. I have convinced a few people to look otherwise and will continue to do so.

Experiencia negativa: After dealing with Emma and Antonio I can say this firm is by far the biggest joke I have seen. You can tell there is young blood here and the unprofessionalism is unaccounted for. Don’t expect to get communicated with regarding closing procedures or what you need to do from Emma (the supposed realtor) or her supposed “closing team”. I had cash in hand and yet this company dropped the ball.

Experiencia negativa: I would never do business with them again! Very careless, rude and certainly not customer focused. Most real estate agents in the area hate dealing with them because they are so unresponsive to other agents. Their listings have so many errors. Constantly having to update the contracts because they couldn't get the legal address correct nor the property layout correct to name just a few of the issues. They are the used car salesmen of the real estate market. Thankfully I had a good buyers agent and I refused to use their lender or title company. Buyer Beware is certainly recommended if buying one of their listings.

We were desperate as we had very tight deadline to start our new jobs and had to leave that day. Any delays would have been very bad. Derrick showed up in just a few hours, had a quick review with us and placed the signs and lock boxes. We did our move very worried about having to leave the way we did. Derrick and the team had our listing done and up within 2 days. We were very impressed with the quality of it. We also got setup on their app for showings and feedback so we were in the loop the entire time. This put us at so much ease being so far away. After 2 weeks we had an offer that Derrick went over thoroughly pointing out the pros and cons. After accepting he kept us updated every step of the way though inspection to close. I can honestly say Derrick and Keith Team made this sale happen and the other realtor would probably still have the house on the market.
