We closed on our house on December 16, 2020 (day of a large snow storm) and the seller left the house needing cleaning - Traci arranged for a cleaner to arrive early that morning to clean the house, and a snow plow to keep our lengthy driveway open that day and the following morning after the storm ended to ensure we could get out, if needed. These are two examples of her going above/beyond without being asked. Traci’s knowledge of the market and the assistance she provided in getting our questions answered before submitting an offer and ensuring the home inspection was thorough and all of our questions answered/issues addressed demonstrated her expertise and thoughtfulness. The dual WV and VA license was very helpful in selling our house where our nearest town is Winchester Virginia but the house is located is located in WV.
