Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I have known for awhile that when we sold our house, Fredericksburg Realty was who we were going to list with. I've known Justin and Amy for a few years and they are two of the best human beings I know, so I knew their team had the same qualities. Ginny Stehling made selling our home a enjoyable experience (bet you don't hear that much). She wasted no time coming over to see our home, get the photographer booked, and the house listed. She was available to us 24/7 and was always patient and friendly. Being that this was the first house we had ever sold, we had a lot of questions. She was cool under the pressure of the negotiation and I always felt like she had our best interest in mind. Our house was only on the market for 5 days. No doubt in large part to Ginny's network and listing with such an amazing agent. You can't go wrong with Ginny as your agent, weather you are selling our buying. She also helped us look for homes in Boerne, before we decided to build.

She immediately began working to find us an investment property close to Main Street. Bridget and her broker are well connected in the community and we’re able to find us an amazing home 2 blocks off Main St! The best part of the deal was that the house was being offered to us off market so we didn't have to deal with the bidding process that is going on in Fredericksburg. We closed last week and now hunting for another home nearby!

Experiencia negativa: I hate to give folks bad reviews, but I do think it's important to give feedback. So here's my reasoning behind the 1 star review and a bit of a long story. TL:DR at the bottom, if you want to skip the details. My wife and I started off by contacting Fredericksburg Realty, explained in great detail what we were looking for (enough to fill out any property search site), and didn't hear anything back for a week. My wife an I took the initiative and did some of our own searching and provided them with eight properties we were interested in and stated that a visit to the properties and some more information is what we'd potentially need to start moving on one of them. All we hear back is "Thanks" and that they'd be interested in meeting sometime if we came through Fredericksburg again. So I advised we could come at the end of the week and provided them the day/time, which they confirmed worked for them. Another week passes and we hear nothing about the eight properties we provided to them and it's the day we said we'd visit the realty office. At this point, my wife and I are wondering why we haven't heard anything about all the information we've sent up so far or have heard back about any showing times so that we can start moving on this busy market. We figure we'll give them the benefit of the doubt and maybe they'll have a bunch of stuff set up for today's meeting. So the wife and I drive 1.5 hrs out to Fredericksburg Realty, hopes up to start looking at houses and properties, and the office is closed. No email or phone call from our realtor about this, so maybe she's running a bit late. We wait a bit, but nobody shows up. We double check our email and confirm we weren't mistaken about the time and decide to call the private number of a realtor. We're told that they forgot and ask us to wait another half hour, due to forgetting the appointment. We're understandably a little miffed, but it happens, I understand, and we've got our hopes up that we'll finally start making some good progress on house hunting today. So we wait. After a while, they show up, let us in, and proceed to pitch us a property being sold by a high school buddy of theirs that's way, way over the maximum price we said we were comfortable with originally and doesn't fit any of the other details that we provided to them. Upon attempting to steer the conversation back towards our target price and details, we're railroaded time and again back to the friends property. There was just no getting around the sales pitch and we were told to just take a look at the property and send them details on what we thought (as if the laundry list of details we'd originally sent, along with eight properties, weren't already enough). In the end we did end up driving out to their high school friends property another hour away, alone, to look around, but it was so far away from what we wanted that it was a waste of time. So we packed up and drove home after spending all day on this. So it all amounted to a wasted two weeks and a very awkward sales pitch meeting with this company and more than a little wasted effort on our part, as we drove around for 5 hours total, literally did all the research, and handed them eight properties we wanted to see. I've never had my time so thoroughly wasted. Hopefully anyone else who works with these folks gets treated better than my wife and I did. TL:DR - Provided them details and properties we wanted to see. Got ghosted for two weeks until they hinted at having a meeting. Showed up and they forgot the meeting. Then, after a call, they showed up and tried to sell us on their friend's property that didn't match any of the details we'd sent them. They tried to sell me what they wanted and not what I wanted. Big waste of time and I wouldn't recommend.

I was newly widowed and when it came time to sell my home in the country and buy in town, I knew Keely would go above and beyond for me. We worked very well together and became good friends. We did a walk through with Aaron Beeman and he had a list and got the minor details fixed. Very fast and affordable. We are very blessed we got Aaron Beeman. He is very fast and very friendly . He goes beyond his job on taking care of our property. When I first called I was worried about a weekend meeting because we live out of town . Met Aaron , he fixed our little details on the list and rented it out like lightening . Can't beat that ! Anything that happens on our Property , we are notified . Love that commutation .
