I HAVE BEEN SELLING THIS LADIES LISTING FOR HER FOR 180 DAYS! IM NOT A REAL ESTATE AGENT! IM NOT GETTING ANY COMPENSATION FOR MY TIME AND EFFORT!!! POORLY HANDLED BUSINESS! DO YOUR OWN JOB!!!! ****EDIT**** NO! There were several times not one representative was there to show the property. I was blindly letting strangers in my home! Doing any real estate agent's job regardless of buyer/seller. YOU ARE CLAIMING FALSE STATEMENTS - EVENTUALLY I FELT I HAD TO IMPLEMENT SOME KIND OF BOUNDARIES FOR MY DAUGHTERS AND MYSELF PEACE OF MIND. YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY CORRECT - THE HOUSE WAS LEFT IN MUCH BETTER CONDITION THAN WHEN I ARRIVED. Good luck selling the house. She provided us information like measurements and locations of gas lines that we never would have thought to ask. She was our voice when we didn’t know what to say. John assisted us with selling the same house just 1.5 years later in the craziest market ever. He took on a complicated sale (contingent on other purchases and sales 3x deep), dealt with another realtors bs (where we were purchasing) he absolutely should not have had to and did not have to, and ultimately had an offer on our house in less than 8hrs and under contract before 24hrs!
