Experiencia fantástica: I couldn't be happier with my decision to use "Big Vern" as my realtor for my first home purchase. He was friendly, communicative, knowledgable, and a pleasure to work with. I truly appreciate all of his efforts, and I highly recommend his services.

Experiencia fantástica: Richard helped us find our dream home! He was so helpful throughout the process as first time homebuyers. We couldn’t have done it without him and are so grateful for all of his help!!

Experiencia fantástica: Angela Willams was so great to work with. A friend of ours who purchased a home in hemlock farms last year recommended her. I’m so glad we found her. We are not local to Milford and she basically taught us everything we know about the town and surrounding areas. We worked together for about six months. The first few months we were just looking and trying to figure out which areas we liked the most. She was so informative and really knows everything about the area. Once we sold our house on long Island she helped us find the most gorgeous, perfect home in Milford for my family. We appreciate her going above and beyond for the purchase of our house. I still reach out to her when I’m not sure of something around here and she’s always so happy to help.

Experiencia fantástica: Vernon has to be the best realtor out there. The way he made the home buying process so much easier, especially for a first time home buyer, was something that I know a lot of other realtors aren't doing. He explained things to me page for page and word for word, as if he was a lawyer, and demonstrated extreme patience with me. I don't know if I would be a homeowner if it wasn't for him. He truly is a gift from God, and I appreciate everything he has done for me and my family. Thank you Vernon!

Experiencia fantástica: Angela was a huge help in our process to buy a second home in Pike County. She was very informative and great at communicating. We truly felt like we had a friend assisting us with the process. We have only great things to say about our experience working with Angela.

Experiencia fantástica: Beth was so friendly and professional. She always answered my calls and texts either instantly or within a reasonable time. She always made sure that I knew what was going on and kept me updated so I never had to worry or feel out of the loop. She took the time to answer any questions I had and always let me know as soon as possible if she needed any paperwork or anything from me. Buying a home can be stressful, but she made the process so much easier for my boyfriend and I throughout our time working with Beth. She sometimes offered her thoughts and advice regarding the home/process but she never told us what to do or bossed us around. My boyfriend and I appreciate the guidance and advice she offered throughout the process. You can tell she cares about her clients and wants to help them find what they're looking for. It was such a pleasure to work with Beth, and we couldn't be happier with our experience! If I ever were to purchase another property, I would absolutely ask Beth for her help!
