Experiencia fantástica: So, this review is from a slightly different perspective. I've never bought or sold a home with Ann Howarth. Rather, Ann is a customer of ours. Let me explain. I happen to own one of the nation's largest real estate marketing companies. We specialize in luxury home brochures, and we have customers all over the country, including Hawaii. As a result, I have occasion to meet and interact with hundreds and hundreds of real estate agents whenever they're seeking our help in the marketing of their listings. I must be very fortunate because many of our customers are simply WONDERFUL people! Professional, friendly, responsive, funny...(all of the things!) Of course, some don't rank that highly, and we've had some agents who are demanding, unreasonable, argumentative, and even belligerent. Some pay their bills on time, others skate out without ever bothering to pay for our services, and some we have to chase down for weeks before they FINALLY pay what's owed. I bring all of that up because Ann is one of our MOST FAVORITE customers! She's funny...and caring...and super quick to respond to any and every request. We chose Ann to help us purchase a second home because we lived outside the area and needed someone who knew the local market.
