Experiencia negativa: I hired Jasmine Duncan at Oak Shores Realty to handle the sale of a California property while I was living in Arizona and navigating probate. In the beginning of the process, Jasmine was responsive, helpful, and professional. She ultimately represented both sides of the transaction that I brought to her, and the early stages went smoothly. Unfortunately, the end of the sale was a very different experience. Communication dropped off completely in the final days before closing, and I was left unsure whether the sale had actually finalized. I did not receive any confirmation, follow‑up, or even a simple note of appreciation after closing. In fact, the only contact I received was an email asking for a review. When I replied that my review would not be positive, I heard from Jasmine immediately scrambling to change my opinion. In her response she said that there was still a few more steps we have to do, but she has never followed up on anything. Nearly three weeks after closing, I finally received a thank‑you letter and gift, which felt more like an attempt to compensate for the lack of communication than genuine customer service. I’ve sold five homes, and this was by far the poorest closing experience I’ve had. If you are looking for an agent who finishes strong, communicates clearly through the final steps, and shows consistent appreciation for your business, I cannot recommend this brokerage based on my experience.I also adore her approach of having every person who bought the house I sold give her a five star rating and a glowing review. Truly shows that this realtor has a bias with clients and shouldn’t be trusted to be brought into a sale where they work both sides. Very unfortunate for me. I hope you learn this easier than I did.

Experiencia fantástica: Our first experience with Grace was in 2020, right after Covid hit. We were in escrow on a purchase and we decided to pull out of the transaction and Grace could not have been more gracious towards us. Our second experience with Oak Shores Realty was a purchase that started in early 2/2023. This was to be a simple cash purchase with a 45 day escrow. As it progressed, we had home inspection issues, HOA violation issues, easement issues, construction issues, etc. This transaction could easily have fallen apart, but Grace and Jasmine kept at it and did not give up. The transaction finally closed in 90 days. None of these issues were the fault of Oak Shores Realty. Our next transaction was the sale of our previous lake house in the same area. This transaction was totally different. Four offers right out of the gate, multiple counter-offers. Escrow closed in 26 days at 43k over asking. We could not be more pleased with Grace and Jasmine. They work together almost seamlessly. Each one is up to date on prior conversations we had with the other one; calls or texts are returned timely; they kept us up to date on progress; they gave their opinion when asked, but did not push us regarding decisions.
