When our (now) home was put on the market, Kathi postponed a family outing to go look at it with us on a Saturday. The home had a lot of interest and was clearly competitive. We ended up putting in an offer that same day and it was accepted. We are sure that we wouldn't have gotten the home if Kathi hadn't been there to guide our decision making. She makes the process of buying a home straightforward and is always there to help in any way she can. When buying, she bent over backwards to take us to different homes and ensure that we found the right place. Closing went smoothly, as her team was very familiar with VA loans and were incredibly proficient. When we decided to sell our house, we called Kathi immediately without a second thought.
