Certainly there are many good realtors in the area, but for me Glenda is the total package-- straightforward, genuine, has the wisdom and relationships needed to be great at her profession that you can only have from doing business in the community for so many years. We relied on Jared to know the ins and outs of the process, since we weren’t familiar with any of it. Not a good way to find out you're going to have to move maybe. She did a good job selling the house very cheaply quickly but I would never use her. Glinda is not professional nor very friendly.

She hung up on me before I could tell her that we were listing the house with an agent; when she received the contact form from a website, it was from me testing the site to see what would happen if I checked the box to contact the owner (me) directly. When she found out I was the owner and it is a FSBO right now, before hearing me say I might be looking for an agent, she chose instead TO HANG UP ON ME. I called her back; she was dismissive and weird. I would not recommend this agent, not ever. She is unprofessional and just plain rude.

Experiencia fantástica: We moved to Kenai/Soldotna in February, 2013 and didn't know where to start looking for our perfect home. We knew we wanted a log cabin but little else. Glenda showed us all areas in Kenai, Soldotna, Nikiski, etc. She took the time to drive my husband and I through various places in the area, as if we were sight-seeing....something you'd only expect a friend to do if you were visiting, not your real estate agent. She also took us through some of the downtown Kenai just to show us old town. As far as we are concerned, Glenda will go above and beyond her "agent" responsibilities to make sure you feel welcomed to the area plus she will help you find that perfect home. She is a no-nonsense agent that gets it done. When we were waiting and hoping for answers on buying our house, she would get on the phone with the seller's agent and get our questions answered, pronto.
