Samantha Willis and Jerrod Vance recommended these two over dinner one night after I was getting the run around trying to reach my realtor for almost four days leaving messages with automated machines and automatic text replies which ultimately caused me to miss out on a house that was perfect for me and my daughter. I was only a week into the search for a new home and already I was frustrated and discouraged. They gave Derek my name and number and I got a phone call on a Sunday asking if I could meet him at his office that same day. I mentioned I’m on a bit of a time crunch and they got right to work. Being a family with children they always kept my daughters interests in mind when showing me homes. They made sure I got a showing of every house I was interested in and gave me their professional advice on different things throughout the process. They were quick to spot potential issues that I hadn’t even seen. Then the house in Saint Paris popped up and it checked all of the boxes. So some of you know I called a realtor that was suggested I used by the bank where I originally got my loan from. For about 2 weeks I would call this realtor and ask about all kinds of houses, especially the one that I’m in now and literally all I would get was “that’s to high for your budget” or “we can’t offer any less because they won’t take it as a sellers market”. Within a few days we was sell pending. He jumped through hoops to get us in this place with absolutely loved!!
