However i must say that None were as considerate and thoughtful as Bonnie Pegano. Many say they are working in your interest, but in reality its really not so... well i understand in some ways that they want to make a sale and ofcourse make their commissions, which is perfectly ok. However working with Bonnie was like " family", she REALLY had our interest in heart...and she was always open and honest about all the homes we looked at with her. Never found her impatient or just trying to make a sale. A real pleasure to work with. We still haven't been successful in securing a home, with the market being the way it is; however Bonnie is always optimistic, cheerful and just a pure pleasure to talk with and discuss your Real Estate needs. Can not recommend her enough.... once you talk to her you know what i mean. So if you are looking for an agent for Life, one who really listens and cares... Experiencia negativa: Bonnie was okay to work with. Helen, her associate realtor was removed from participating in our transaction due to a lack of professionalism. The home inspector Bonnie referred us to Gregory Booth- Lakeside house inspections, grossly missed BIG safety issues. We wouldn't have purchased the property had we known! These were not issues an experienced inspector or homeowner would have missed! This was our first home-buying experience! Joe the owner of the energy audit company Dolce, stated he is surprised Bonnie sold houses in redline areas! I don't know, maybe stop associating with, And referring your customers to racist and negligent service providers.
