Many years ago, we tried selling a house without a realtor. When spring came and we were going back to Wisconsin, someone recommended Chad, so we listed with him. In a matter of weeks, he sold our house. We had another house that he sold for us, and the people who bought it also used him when they sold their house. He is easy to work with and he listens. Experiencia negativa: We rented this property for 4 months (Dec. - April 2023). The property manager was very helpful throughout our stay. The property is located next to an extremely busy and noisy vehicle artery in Casa Grande. The home is very dated and, with the exception of the master bed, the house is poorly furnished. We noted, prior to renting, that there was a Weber BBQ on the deck. However, it was not noted that it was charcoal. It is our opinion that the home was not worth the rent asked, which is likely why they want an egregious lease agreement signed prior to arrival. We highly recommend viewing the property prior to committing to a lease.

I decided to keep the house for a while as a winter vacation spot for my mother to escape the cold in the Pacific Northwest. When that time arrived, ERSP managed the entire process and even helped me find a company to manage an estate sale for the furnishings that would not convey.
