Experiencia fantástica: We met Paul by chance. At this point, we were just kind of entertaining the idea of selling our home in an HOA and buying acreage. We just wanted to see what was out there. Paul was hosting an open house. While we didn’t like this particular listing, we were very impressed with Paul’s knowledge of acreage. We weren’t sure if we wanted to buy land and build or buy land with a home already in place. He knew about both. He showed us some properties before we had even listed our home. That is one issue we had with realtors in the past. If you weren’t ready to buy right then, they didn’t want to spend any time on you. Paul was different! He showed us at least 11 properties. He worked around our schedule which meant both early morning showings and evening showings. We bought when the market was hot, so he made sure we were one of the first to see a listing if we had interest in it. We fell in love with one property which was actually his listing!
