This time we decided to search for the perfect lot in the area. We had never purchased "land" before, so we had a lot of questions about purchasing a lot and the process of building. Ginny either answered our questions or helped us locate experts to find the answers. We moved through the process with confidence knowing we had the information we needed to make a wise purchase. I don't think we would have found this lot if it was not for Ginny Lee. When we started to believe we might not find what we were looking for - it was Ginny Lee who kept our spirits up and followed up on leads to locate this particular property the night before it hit the market. We were able to put in an offer immediately and get it accepted. Side note about Ginny Lee's character - in the process of buying this lot - the seller wished to counter, but the seller's agent was unable to get the paperwork/document together because of computer issues. Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been investing in real estate for over 35 years and this is the first time I’ve ever written a review about a realtor. In May 2020 I was interested in purchasing a property in Destin, and was referred to Ginny Lee Deptula, a local agent in Florida. I live in Dayton, Ohio, and after only one phone conversation to determine the types of properties I wanted to see, she met me shortly after my flight arrived, handed me lunch and then drove me to see about 10 to 12 houses. We repeated this process the entire next day and I flew back to Ohio. She was kind enough to do this over a Saturday and Sunday, and, with no guarantees, she repeated it again a week later so I could make a final decision. She prepared detailed information and made arrangements on each property, was completely knowledgeable about the area and the current state of investment property and was a valuable resource to help me refine my search and ultimately make a purchase. I own over $25 million in real estate and have never experienced this level of personal service. BUT THE MOST IMPRESSIVE aspect of her involvement was how she worked directly with my Ohio bank to navigate the out-of-state rules, regulations and endless red tape this kind of transaction entails. I have never experienced anything like this level of service with any other purchase. When I travel to Florida, she always makes it a point to drop by for a visit and I have since purchased 3 more properties through her, because of her!
