The 5-star reviews don't lie, from the very first interaction Justin was engaged and professional. He spent time to get to know me, do an extended walkthrough of the unit together, and understand what made it special and appealing to potential tenants. He did his research and suggested a higher listing rent than I thought I would be able to get. Instead of forcing me to leave the keys in a lockbox and doing blind showings through other agents, he did a group showing in-person and got several applications in one go. I had a pick of great candidates and ended up getting a great tenant with a great monthly rate. From start to finish, Justin was responsive, attentive, and overall a pleasure to work with. So, I had two weeks to move out of my place in California, drive to Boston, and find an apartment. Enter Justin. I have never encountered a broker as professional, communicative, and considerate as Justin. After a brief introductory call (during which he explained the sorts of options I’d have available in Charlestown as well as the general Boston real estate scene) Justin sent me a novel-length email outlining my options, explaining the pros and cons of each, and, most importantly, giving me confidence that I was actually going to be able to pull my move off. Within a day, Justin visited the units I’d selected from his list and took me on virtual tours of the units and the properties. He clearly explained the differences among the properties as well as the economics of each. He graciously tolerated some of the craziness I was going through during my move out. And he acted as a partner and a friend throughout the process. I dread finding housing. It’s hard not to feel like someone is pulling the wool over your eyes and fraudulent listings run rampant on every site. Working alongside Justin, I was respected and genuinely cared for. I felt informed about the decisions I was making, and I was confident that he was going far out of his way to make sure that I wound up in the best possible place.
