Experiencia negativa: Mary Valdez is the absolute worst realtor experience I have had in almost 70 years and working with over 25 realtors. Does not return calls from interested customers for her clients/sellers listed properties, is unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, arrogant and dishonest. Highly recommend that you do not work with her as your agent.

Mary was fun to work with and kept us updated about what was going on with the sale. I have worked with several realtors in my lifetime and Mary was the most professional yet easy to talk to person I have dealt with, everything went smoothly.

Experiencia negativa: I work at the shop right next to summit realty. If the shop is slow we and go and play football in the parking lot and there’s never problem. Today, we were playing and I dropped the football next to a lady walking in and I apologized, she responded with “do you work here?” I said yes. Then she went inside. We continued to play football in peace, then the lady came out with backup. She was acting like an instagram Karen saying we were going to hit their cars, we’re getting in the way of their clients, and that we can’t play football in the parking lot . None of our throws were even close to hitting their cars, and anytime a car comes we move out of the way and wait to play until everything is okay. The lady couldn’t even talk to us one on one, she needed a backup Karen. I apologized because I’m not going to fight with her. If the lady would have came out and talked to us respectfully, I wouldn’t have a problem. She wanted to be a Karen though. If these people can’t handle people having fun throwing a football; how are they going to sell you a house?

Experiencia negativa: We viewed a house with one of their lady’s, it was the first time we’d met with her at all, we told her we wanted it and would have her application the next day. My girlfriend brought the app in on her lunch break the next day and was informed they’d rented it out already “but we will get you guys a house”. We had a verbal agreement and she promised us she wouldn’t do that and in less then a day she broke her word.
