Little did we know, I ended up listing RIGHT at the beginning of a crash in the local housing market. The value of homes in my highly-desired neighborhood went down week by week. We found Brian through his awesome YouTube videos documenting life in Snoqualmie Valley. In the beginning he arranged a Zoom call with us to give us virtual tour of the area, answered all of our questions, and even helped us line up financing with a local lender. When we decided to make an offer on a new construction house, Brian walked us through the process, quickly got the offer over to the builder, and helped us get the house of our dreams! Buying a house out of state and moving cross country definitely has its challenges, but Brian has made it easier through Zoom calls at the property, photo updates on construction, and even drone photography of the area. We couldn't imagine going through the process with anyone else.

Brian is the type of person that will be honest and real with you. In today's market, we don't need listings sent to us since we have Redfin and Zillow and we develop the listings for ourselves. But finding homes is a team effort and Brian's value is easily recognized here. Brian is also the realtor that you need to learn about the neighborhood, the schools, the advantages, the disadvantages, and all of the overlooked aspects of home-buying. He is a trustworthy partner.
