Experiencia negativa: Just spoke with some colleagues about recent experiences with realtors. We were sharing “realtors from hell” stories. My experience given the agent’s cut and her lack of work and overt ignorance of our market…. I got hammered by going with this agency. Couldn’t even get off her tail to do the open house. Pushed for a quick closing. And she lowballed the market price— which we fortunately corrected. My advice…. With the current market? People are checking houses on their own. Some realtors are parasites to the process. Use available resources and do as much as you can on your own. Demand is high and there is little to justify their high fees. There are great agents for sure. Look around and find one if you go that route.

Experiencia negativa: I had a really odd experience with realtor, Jason Cape. During a home tour, my husband was holding our 15-month-old son when he innocently touched a piece of paper in my husbands hands. Jason then started chastising our son. The whole situation gave off really strange vibes, and it made the entire interaction uncomfortable. This behavior was definitely not what I expected from a professional, especially considering my family's long history with property ownership in the area and our dealings with various professionals, including realtors. We definitely would not use Jason Cape again nor reccomend him.

Experiencia fantástica: Our realtor Zach Hawkins was absolutely OUTSTANDING as an agent. If you need a realtor, don't look anywhere else, Zach is your guy! He has been BY FAR the most efficient, knowledgeable, and reliable realtor we've ever had the luck to work with. He's honest and straightforward and will tell you all the things you need to be aware of (the good and the bad) before you make any decisions. He's always in your corner as a client. He was constantly on top of things, putting pressure where pressure was needed to ensure we met deadlines (emailing and calling our bank, the title company, etc.). Whenever he said things like "look, this or this may happen" they generally did, so as a client LISTEN to his advice, he's almost always 100% right. Zach really knows his trade and earned our trust right when we had serious trusting issues due to a bad experience with a past realtor. Seriously, we cannot recommend him enough! Thank you Zach for helping us throughout this entire stressful messy process. We couldn't have done it without you. We wish you as much success as your professionalism deserves!

Experiencia negativa: For two months I was told that an apartment in Northern New Hampshire would be available for me to move into. I wanted it. Come to find out it would be some time in July. Okay. I kept calling near the end of May and then near the end of June. I have to mail my rent to my current landlord. I called the apartment agent and Peabody and Smith to get a response. Peabody and Smith responded. The apartment agent never did. I was told that the apartment agent would call me back. I waited until 8 pm that evening and decided to call the agent. She told me that the owner of the house had already rented it out to another person. Why weren't the two of them, the owner and the apartment agent, on the same page? She knew I wanted the apartment. No matter the excuses were, I was not happy at all.
