Experiencia negativa: Carlos had an open house scheduled for one of his properties. I showed up during the time advertised but no one was there. I called him and he informed me they accepted an offer (which is fine). I asked if they would accept backups if I was interested. He said sure but made some “snooze you lose” comment. He didn’t apologize for not canceling the open house and also didn’t offer showing the property. He was very dismissive of me. Before I was done talking he hung up. I could have been a potential client for him but his rudeness and dismissive was a turn off. Wasn’t a good feeling being treated like that.

Experiencia negativa: This guy is a clown and should have his license revoked. He brought qualified buyers to our listing and advised them to submit a ridiculously low offer. We were able to counter with number that they accepted only to be strung along for three months while he came up with inflated costs for repairs which resulted in a number equal to the original offer. Stay away from this guy and do not let him represent you as a buyer's or seller's agent. If he ever brings a client to one of my properties he will be immediately shown the way out. If zero stars were possible he'd be in the negative.
