I had previously listed it with another agent who just let it sit on the market & never advised me to lower the price. I sat down with Elizabeth and we went through current market prices. I listened to her advice and we listed it at the right price. We had people interested in and/or looking at it almost every day and it sold within 6-8 weeks I believe. She's honest & forthright. I call her a bulldog because she knows what she's doing, she jumps on all leads, and she doesn't rest until your property is sold. I've also used her to buy the house I'm in now, and that was also a quick, smooth process. If I could give her 10 stars I would!

I asked for agent recommendations on a local Facebook group, and Liz was one of the most frequently mentioned. She was one of six agents I asked to interview.
