He made great recommendations to assist with staging which came through in the photos and videos. We were able to obtain an offer very quickly, but unfortunately the offer fell through in the late stages while we were on vacation. Luke was instrumental in assisting with re-staging and re-listing the home while we were on vacation, leading to two offers before we arrived home. He also recommended several contractors who did a great job in repairing minor issues found in the inspection. Yes in my 40’s I am still learning, and this younger gentleman was always very professional and respectful in his own kind way of explaining things to me.
