Experiencia fantástica: Where do we start about our adventure with Hope Cudd? Jerry and I were ready to sale our first house since our move to Alabama almost 10 years ago! We noticed that the housing market looked good! Jerry randomly contacted Hope in March. And, everysince our first day with Hope she has lived up to all our expectations and more. She helped us get our house in shape. She told us what we needed to do and gave us a choice to do it or not. We listened to her reccommendations and trusted her with our house. Hope gave us a list of things that needed to be done to the house. For example, we needed to paint all the walls and baseboards, new appliances, deep clean carpets, AC maitenance, deck maitenance and stained, cabinets painted, etc.. She knew individuals/companies and had estimates for each items on the list. Since we were in AL she was the one we depended on being at our house when they came to do the estimates. She was there for all. Just that alone was a huge help on us. When it was time Jerry and I divided up the work that others would do versus what we did. We only had so much we can do based on our budget so we chose the items we knew we can do. Almost every weekend in April we traveled from AL to Tn (3.5 hours away) to work on the house. Each time we arrived at the house we noticed our house coming together. Hope was getting it done for us! If something wasn’t done correctly she was not afraid to let them know. We really believed Hope was the best real estate agent for us. Everything just came together like this great partnership!
