If she couldn't be at a showing due to prior commitments, she sent one of the girls from her team who are also great! We found our house on the second day of showings, so she gave up her Saturday afternoon to give us a second look and met with us Sunday morning to complete a purchase agreement after finding out Saturday there was another offer on the house. She really went above and beyond for us. I would highly recommend Deanna and her team if you are a buyer or a seller. They truly care about their clients!

It was important that our house sell on a pretty specific timeline, and we were hopeful that we wouldn’t lose any money after only owning the house for 18 months. Dee came very prepared to our first meeting, and asked a lot of great questions about the house. It was clear that she had a lot of knowledge about our type of property and was confident she could help us meet our goals. She helped us work with a stager (consultation was free, but we paid a very reasonable price to have them stage the house for pics and showings), and the pictures turned out amazing! We had multiple offers on the house the first weekend it was listed in Jan 2023! We were so ecstatic. We just closed on the house and couldn’t be happier with the way Dee addressed any questions that came up during the process. We would highly recommend her, and would use her as our realtor if we ever move back to town!

Had a nice initial e-mail conversation with Deanna, but she failed to follow-up with my mom and failed to call her the day she was scheduled to. I contact Deanna and asked what happened; "sorry I was putting out fires all day... can I refer you to a less busy realtor..." What a really poor excuse not to mentioned the super bad suggestion that she refer me to another realtor! smh
