Experiencia fantástica: In 2020, my wife and I were wanting to retire and move back home to Logan County from Lexington. We searched for months finding homes on line, however the market was so competitive that living three hours away put us at a great disadvantage. In June 2020, we called Chandler Bruner and asked her to schedule us a viewing of a property we really liked that was available at the time. On our drive down to Logan I received a call from Chandler telling us tha property we were interested in had just gone under contract, but she had a place that she felt my wife would love, and we would be the first clients to view it. Sure enough, my wife walked in the house and within minutes she knew this was the house we needed. Chandler took care of the paperwork, lined up the finances, and in two hours we had a contract on the house that has been ours ever since. Without Chandler, and her efficiency, we would not be where we are today.
