Experiencia fantástica: I 2018 we moved my dad into an Independent living facility in Lynden. Dad had lived in his 3-bedroom home with his wife for many years. Mom had been in a nursing home for 5 years and dad was not ready move until she passed away as their home was close to her nursing facility and he could bring her there in her wheelchair to sit in her garden and enjoy the sunshine, birds and flowers. After an apartment became available for dad and we got him settled in and comfortable, we had the task of going through all of mom and dad's belongings and getting the house ready to sell in the spring of 2018. We were getting close to our goal, but we were really getting exhausted too and there were many things that needed fixing, cleaning, and many questions we had about how much we should do outside and inside, should we leave drapes up, replace some toilets etc. There was an open house not too far from dad's place and we went to it to see how it was staged and maybe ask the realtor a few questions. Well lucky for us it was Jason at the open house, and he said he would come by dad's place and talk to us for a few minutes and answer any questions we had. We both liked him immediately and after we got home, we decided to have Jason as our agent. It was such a good decision! Jason took care of so many things for us! He called some guys that had helped him before to fix the list of repairs needed and the painting that had to be done. After we had moved everything out and finished cleaning up, we had many nice leftover furnishings that we didn't want to load up and find a new home for, Jason called Habitat for Humanity and they came and took almost everything! Jason 's lovely wife did a bit of staging and the house looked amazing. Jason had an open house and we had an offer within a week.
