Our experience was that, from the very beginning, Robin made sure that everything went as smoothly as possible, and when each problem occurred, she was right there and found the person to do the repair. The worst of these was that when we took up our large Egyptian rug, the rubber on the pad underneath it stuck to our hardwood floor. It looked like it might have ruined the floor. Robin had not had this happen to a client before, but she quickly found an expert who knew how to remove the rubber without damaging the wood. He did it quickly and inexpensively. We could not be happier with the services she provided. She earned every penny of her commission.
