There was a condo we were interested in, called Robert and unfortunately it was under contract. We were so disappointed, but the next day Robert called and said the contract had fallen through. Experiencia negativa: Robert yazbeck and some of his team members forgot to fullfill their uniform duties and disclose all material. Then you have agent become buyer and limited prospective buyers putting it on mls as under contract. Earnest money was not delivered to the third party holder and voided the contract. Now I am in contract and get out which has put me in a very bad situation. And of course he will say anything while you try to hang on by a thread.
