Experiencia negativa: SO listed the house with Eric. huge mistake, I thought it would be easy being they are right on the lake.... laziness at its finest! They and I quote"do not believe in social media platform"as the were number 1 broker on the lake...not hard only about 2 here and 1 is part time. Eric then said he spent 10 hours and thousands of dollars on photo equipment....taking photos of my home.... looks like an iPhone to me! Just terrible experience....I don't think Eric brought anyone to even look at the house, other realtors did of course and thank god......
