He listened to us and helped us to focus our search. He was very patient with us (and not at all pushy) as we waited for the right property to come up. When it did, he was all over it -- providing great advice and great service as we negotiated a favorable purchase and sale contract, worked through closing conditions, lined up several service providers (lawyer, mortgage broker, insurance broker, plumber, insect inspector, etc) and ultimately got to a successful closing. That wasn't the end of Todd's service, though. He has continued to connect us to the right people in the community and we know that we can turn to him for anything that we need as we settle into a new home and a new community.
