I was moving from out of town, so I needed to do remote walkthroughs of the places I was interested in. Austin was beyond flexible in making that work, so even though I didn't see the place I ultimately purchased in person until the day I closed, I felt completely secure in my decision. He really knows the area and has been in most of the houses he shows, so he helped me get a feel for where I would be moving even though I didn't know Aberdeen at all. He's also experienced enough that he can give great advice about which homes are a good value and which could be trouble, while still giving you room to make your own decision. The market was bad and over priced but Austin was patient and even though he had other people he was helping he made it feel like we were the only people. He sent us new houses right away, let us know of houses coming onto the market and talked us through buying our first home. We finally found “the one” and he was very adamant to every other party involved in the transaction of our schedule and deadline and he made it happen.
