Experiencia fantástica: My mother lost her battle with cancer April 2022 and I was left managing her estate. The months prior to her passing were exhausting and I was left with emptiness. The last thing I wanted to do was deal with selling her home. I really wasn't sure where to turn. By mere happenstance, Simon was my brother's neighbor and agreed to help us. He provided a much needed reprieve during this despairing time. He is hardworking, extremely knowledgeable, timely, responsive, genuine, and giving. I thanked him for all his help and told him if we ever look at purchasing property, he has my loyalty and business. My wife and I had been nonchalantly following lake property for the past few years. Not really looking to buy. However, right after Christmas a lake home perfect for our family hit the market! I sent Simon the link, told him we are interested, but have less-than-zero knowledge how this all works. He said he would help us and asked how soon we wanted to look. We asked if two days would work, he said he would try, and by golly he made it happen. Keep in mind, all this was occurring during Christmas break -- when many families are on vacation, he is working. He was incredibly helpful as we went through the property showing us what to look out for, etc. Well, to our surprise, the place ended up being perfect. But what next? We had no clue. Simon educated us, guided us through the financing, inspection, and closing. The initial asking price was more than we budgeted for. Simon helped negotiate the perfect number and quickly. Lake property can get very competitive, so we wanted to move fast, and we did. The entire experience was silky smooth. Simon was extremely quick to respond and at all hours. He doesn't work the traditional Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. He is up early, works late, and works weekends. He is always dressed professionally and on time. I think he might be cyborg. I just don't know how he does it while simultaneously being a devoted family man. All of this was very memorable, but closing day will hold a special place in all our hearts. We awoke to 9 inches of fresh snow and 45mph winds. School was cancelled, my wife's car was stuck in the driveway, and we weren't sure we could make it out of our neighborhood! Simon showed up, to the rescue, in his big truck! We loaded up the kids and slowly/steadily drove 70 miles to complete the closing! What an epic journey! I can't imagine doing it with anyone else. Thank you Simon.
