As we walked through the homes, he's able to explain the condition of the home, structure, and architectural details. I work as an electrical engineer and do many commercial site surveys and design construction documents, and Tony continues to amaze me with the knowledge that he has and what he's able to point out. I've walked alongside other realtors while friends would look for homes. I've noticed other realtors would point out cosmetic changes, which room is what, or just open the door for you to look at the home yourself. However, Tony is able to give cost estimates, suggestions on how to increase the property value, what the potential of the home can be, and tips on what to do based on your budget. He is also very accommodating and patient since there were many times I was unable to visit a home. He would send video recordings going through each part of the home, in detail, and this was how my husband and I were able to land a home. He's the whole package, meaning he's a realtor with architectural, engineering, cost estimating, construction, great negotiating, and consultant experience. So if we ever decide to sell or have family/friends that want to buy, we know who we'll be calling!

Experiencia positiva: I had to deposit 5,000$ To set a contract with a house, that I liked, I lost 2,500$ but Tony out his own commission replaced the money. Tony wasn’t supposed to do that was the dude the loan officer that did not submit the denial letter from the bank. But Tony did because he takes cares of his reputation. And thanks to him I have a home. The only thing he did not fight to get some money back for the broken kitchen cabinets in the house, or the AC unit which is prehistoric, also did not have the electronic panel replaced. Is functional but I am gonna have to pay for it in the future. Out of all that . He is a good realtor. He got your money and you won’t lose it .
