Experiencia fantástica: It is rare that I write recommendations or referrals, but when you receive unbelievably outstanding service, as I have had with Sheri Putzke, a realtor with Windermere Real Estate in Kirkland, Washington, I felt I just had to acknowledge my extreme satisfaction with her service I have owned and rented out a house that I lived in prior to moving out of the country many years ago. Due to age and Covid 19 restrictions we were unable to travel to the Seattle area to participate in any way with the process of getting the house ready to sell other than via phone or internet. When Sheri Putzke came so highly recommended, I decided to hire her to sell my house. From the moment I hired Sheri she took charge of everything for me. She kept in constant contact with me, keeping me abreast of every detail. she oversaw the vacating of the tenant at the end of the month and had painters in to repaint the entire inside, an electrician in to update the electrical panel, a handyman to deal with repairing miscellaneous items, a landscaper in to trim overgrown trees along the green belt, yard shrubs and lawn, windows and house cleaned, staged and on the market in 16 days listing it for $50,000 more than what some other realtors had suggested. She held an open house that weekend, had multiple offers and a cash contract for $80,000 above list price within the week. It was a total of 35 days from the time the tenant moved out and closing. We first worked with Sheri as buyer's as she represented both my wife and I, as well as the builder of a new community. Our second transaction with Sheri was to sell the same the house we had purchased with her as our agent. Our Seller's experience with Sheri went like this: in seven days we received keys from our tenants on a Monday early afternoon, Tuesday through Friday morning we had the windows washed, painting and drywall touched up, landscaping, HVAC servicing, the house fully staged, photos taken and the listing live by 10am that Friday. An open house on Saturday, another open house on Sunday and by Monday we had 6 offers with the winning offer 4% above asking with zero contingencies. As we were out of town with no plans to return, Sheri managed this all her own. You don't receive keys back from tenants on Monday early afternoon and get all that work completed and listed by Friday morning, host open houses on Saturday and Sunday and drive 6 offers by noon Monday unless you've got it all together, and Sheri does in so, so many ways. Final thought on our Seller's experience with Sheri, she listed it $35k above what anyone else was willing to list our house at, and yet she still was able to drive a winning offer 4% above her already higher asking price. In our own estimation we ended up getting $50k-$75k more by going with Sheri than anyone else we spoke with. Finally, our third interaction with Sheri involved relying on her referral for an agent in our new home city of Austin, TX. Sheri's referral was more than just a friend she knew, she had actually interviewed/vetted the Austin agent for another one of her clients moving to Austin, and as such felt confident recommending this Austin agent to us based on her own high standards, and we were very, very happy with our Austin agent as well (Sheri's referral). Long review short, Sheri is extremely professional, extremely knowledgeable and willing to hustle when necessary to deliver for her clients, and we believe her to be the gold standard.
