Experiencia negativa: Blake Cantrell is the real estate agent that my real estate agents had the opportunity to work with. Blake’s communication is appalling and my agents would have to try and contact him multiple times before we maybe got an answer back from him. Most of the time it was an AI message that was sent and not at all helpful. Blake definitely doesn’t get in a hurry to do much and I’m sure it’s because his workload is overflowing. Not a good agent to work with if you want anything done on time.

My asks: I had to stay close to my allowed BAH rate for monthly payment, something that was move in ready (VA purpose) but had potential for decent upgrades for resale purposes, in a decent area for renting or resale in a couple of years. They got us hooked quickly and my wife loves it (Happy Wife Happy Life). I would DEFINITELY recommend 100%.

The builder rarely communicated with us, extended the closing date twice, and made major mistakes in our building options. Josh fought for us every step of the way and made sure our concerns were addressed. In addition, Rita from Blake's office took care of all our document needs and issues like she was buying her own home. We hope that we won't ever need to buy a home again, but if we do we will be calling Josh and the Blake Cantrell office for help.

From the time I first viewed my home to final closing was five weeks...no small task since these five weeks were during the heart of the virus shut down. To complicate matters, I needed to be out of state and out of communication for two separate one week periods during the purchase. Despite having no previous business relationship with Ashley or Blake, I felt that my real estate purchase was given a high priority, even though the transaction itself was quite modest.
