During this horrible time, I had to drop everything including getting my house ready for sale. Anna and Maria worked extra hard to stage my house and get everything ready. I can’t say enough about Anna and Maria coming to my rescue and with compassion, patience and understanding, staged my house and made it look like it was out of a magazine. The second showing sold my house for more than asking. But the journey was not over. I still had to find the perfect house for me and their understanding and patience continued until I found it. Experiencia negativa: Michelle Steinwandel works for Buffalo Home Realty and was the listing agent for a house I purchased about six weeks ago. About two weeks after I put the offer in on my house (mid-August), a water leak was detected in the main water line of the house. The water department notified the seller and Michelle Steinwandel about the water leak. Michelle never disclosed to my realtor or myself anything about this issue and neither did the seller. This issue is ongoing and legal action is being taken against the seller. I would give this company zero stars if possible.
