Experiencia negativa: My name is Jeremy Daga we recently got a proposal from Sergio a realtor working for this company according to Sergio the proposal that was send out to us within the time frame of 24 hours cannot be canceled. As I mentioned to Sergio that we would not continue with that proposal he’s respond was that was not going to be possible canceling a proposal that he mentioned yesterday . He force us to signed that proposal yesterday because he needed to show it to owner or someone over him to get an approval . Today when I text him about we are not moving forward he was super rude and does not want to cancel our proposal by saying that he needs to continue with it . This is bad business and I will contact my lawyer to take legal actions if this is not resolved by tomorrow . I will spec a call from the owner

Once you sign with him he will threaten "legal action" aka filing against my title so I cannot sell my house ever. if you don't follow his orders. His business is not real. I understand that you guys are overwhelmed but as I had mentioned to Jeremy over the phone everything up until last week all pointed to you guys getting ready to move as evidenced by placing a lockbox, packing up your belongings and numerous text messages back and forth and of course the signed lease purchase agreement. We have been working hard to get this done for your guys and it was a shock to hear you didn't want to move forward. we feel the right thing should be done here. We spoke with Legal counsel today and they advised me in good faith to reach out to you so we can get this done in a timely manner. We will handle everything else regarding furniture left behind etc. Let me know a date when the property will be vacant so we can prepare things on our end. I'm hoping you will reconsider.
We contracted with this homeowner after reaching out to her over the phone. She had her property listed on MLS in April 2023 and in June of 2023 came off the market. After a conversation with her she stated that her father was sick with cancer and when I did speak with her she was in transition of moving to PA to take care of her father. I offered them a solution where we would continue to make her mortgage payments, take care of all maintenance and upkeep of the home and on or before 60 months we would cash her out which meant paying off her mortgage and giving her her equity, however, I explained to her we would need a 60 day contingency for due diligence and to send some of our potential tenant buyers who would be interested, which part of our business is to help other families get into a home and help them through the process of qualifying for a mortgage at a certain timeline. I explained to her our business model via email after she had several questions which I answered. She and her husband agreed and a Lease Purchase agreement was sent and both executed the agreement. During our process and after many text messages back and fourth that are documented, her and her husband were in the process of packing up their belongs, they came back from PA to finish up their packing and said they would be leaving furniture behind which led us to believe they were moving and as evidenced by our initial conversation. After a few showings we had a couple that wanted to move forward as they loved the home and were relocating with their family. They filled out one of our applications and were ready. I reached out to Tiffany regarding the furniture again and what she was leaving behind and she stated that her husband wanted to speak with me because they had a change of heart and did not want to move forward. I expressed to them that they were under contract. they told me that it didn't matter that they weren't selling. They also went ahead called our tenant buyers and steered them away from moving forward with the home and it made them very uncomfortable. Everything from the start via email, phone calls and text messages was very clear, we held up our end of the bargain but the sellers did not and instead of holding up there end of the deal, they decided to slander me and my company because they wanted their cake and eat it to by putting false negative reviews. They have zero integrity.

We provided this seller a fast cash offer, 2nd day of us being under contract she intentionally contracted with someone else, she was in breach of contract, we needed to involve our attorney, and after several weeks of her stalling we finally were able to close on the property. I don't think it was just for this seller to leave a 1 star review when she violated the contract not us, we were ready to close and she continued to delay things by not complying.

Experiencia negativa: sends ridiculous offers to to your e-mail then when you tell then to stop they harass you with multiple lies and more unsolicited harassing e-mails! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE COMPANY IS A SCAM OFFERING 40% LESS THAN HOMES VALUES. I asked not to be contacted and was harassed 2 more times by the person stating I had problems because I did not want to entertain low ball offers on my properties. I then said PLEASE LEAVE ME ALONE before I contact the DBPR now I see he is copying me on the very thing I told him I was going to do ..........so I am just warning people about this company, they are relentless on harassing you in e-mails even when you tell them to STOP!
Hello Jennifer. I didn't know that it's a Scam to make an offer on a property. We have been in Business for over 5 years and purchase property in many different markets. Our offer was $224k and your list price was $299k which is 26% so not sure where you came up with 40%, and even so, there nothing saying an offer is a Scam. This is defamation of business and we will take this to the DBPR along with your board of realtors and our attorney.
