Experiencia negativa: We are elderly, and my husband is disabled, and has coal miner lungs,can't be around mold,ect.We where never informed that the tin roof leaking all over house running down walls,That his wife was told about tin over rotten roof by seller!!Seller also lied about termites and damage done to subfloor,and Termite coverage wasnt paid tell day before closing,and we where told by Terminix she just covered it up.He opened the crawel space up, And water was 3 1/2 Cender blocks high.Said it will cost us $850.00 pump out. We pumped out With 2in. Sump mine pump,3hrs.est.8,000 gallons rain water,And have done this 9 times every time it rains,water runs over crawel air vents.sides house.Contacted Deweese Next door,Whos 2 French drains and some 8,gutters run 25 ft.from house.Said no one in 5 years never made him aware. Estimated by computer 1 in. Rain fall 18,000 gallons water,dam joke!!And it dont flood here its all around home.Now rains come.LIARS We believe these people and now,MOVE IN READY at estimate damage covered up by seller,And them.Is estimated at $14,000to $18,000 subfloor repair,and $8,000to $14,000roofing repairs,,and $1,500 bathroom repairs still needed .We also turning case over to the Indiana Atternny General,for fail to disclose,on on.Now rethink about this Clowns cost us Dearly, Money,and Health wise!!!LIARS, CROOKS, CROOKED,
