We found Eric through a house he was selling and we were interested in. Even though we couldn’t get that particular house because it was under contract, we stuck with Eric. We would find a home online and Eric would go to the house and walk us through on Video calls while we were in NJ. I don’t know of any other realtor that would do that with someone. Once we found the one we liked, he explained how NC reality works and how to hold the house till we drove down to see the house and have our house inspection. The mortgage company we used started giving us a hard time and a lot of broken promises. He stood by our side every step of the way and fought until we closed on our house.
