He had to put a lot more effort and time but was always positive. I can’t say enough good things about this company. This was during the most recent tight market (2021), so we had a few homes get sold for cash before we even got to our showing appointments. Nick was still able to get us into showings at homes we were interested in, including one place that booked up entirely before we were even able to submit a request. Thankfully Nick reached out to the seller's realtor and was able to get us a spot when someone else cancelled their appointment. He goes above and beyond for his clients. Eventually we decided to instead build our own home with a builder, and Nick was able to stay with us and be a great resource for that process as well, answering all of our questions and giving us some great advice and insight into the process. Despite me being a person who worries and obsesses over details a lot, Nick never made me feel like I was being too annoying or pestering. I'd highly recommend Nick and Brody to anyone looking to buy or build a home!
