Experiencia negativa: ⭐ Real Client. Real Experience. ⭐ I initially chose Elite Property Management because of their 5-star reviews. But after working with them, if I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. Here’s what you should know before hiring them: Auto-Renewal Without Clear Notice Their contract renews automatically without proper warning. If you’re not watching closely, you could be locked in for another full year without even realizing it. Hidden Fees & Charges Always check your statements. They often use your property funds for repairs without full transparency or proper consultation, citing “owner responsibility” for nearly everything. Impossible to Leave Their contract is written in a way that makes it extremely difficult to exit, even if you’re selling your property. I wanted to work with another agent to sell my home, and they threatened me with $1,800 in fees for “early termination.” Sold Your Home? Still Penalized. Even after continuing with them and selling my property while still under their management, they still charged me for early termination just because I sold the house “before the contract ended.” Yes — they consider that early termination even if you never stopped their service. There were so many frustrating incidents that I honestly can’t fit them all here. Bottom line: Do NOT hire Elite Property Management to manage your rental or help with a sale. In my experience, they are not looking out for your best interests, and their contracts are structured to benefit them — not the property owner. Update: I want to clarify that I did not mistake your company for another. I’ve double-checked your website, phone number, and the owner’s name, and I can confirm with certainty that this is the correct company I worked with. I understand it may be uncomfortable to receive critical feedback, but my review is based on my personal and direct experience with your team. I stand by what I shared, as it reflects the challenges I encountered throughout our working relationship.

I would highly recommend Elite Class for managing your rental home or selling it.

Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I first big investment was a multi-family building and the responsibility for these buildings in the way to handle the individuals who live there is a very delicate situation and it's downright hard but we got the hang of it and from there we started getting more multi-family buildings, it's something special about it it's the people that live there, and yes it could be rewarding it can also be frustrating but at the end of the day there's one goal! And this company right here elite class property Management, they get it! They got this one individual named Michaela, and she's young but let me tell you what a Hands-On, get right to the point, and get her done person and my wife and I are so happy that she is in the picture! We don't really use too many property companies because the past has proven that property management companies will fail you at one time or another because they get too comfortable and they think that they know what you want believe me it's been a long journey with these management companies. Which is why we are grateful for Michaela and the elite class property Management company
