To manage deduct extra 100 K for repair the day of the closing. . All that is arranged by my own real estate agent. Be aware of that. A new build extension, all new remodelled bathrooms and kitchen to end up with a price of not even 300K for seven bedroom , 5 bath? That is a fraud . And fully furnished finished basement !! Let the people who showed my house to rip up the tile in my basement? They broke faucets and then he managed to make them move their trash into my garage before closing? What do you call this? Occupying a property not theirs and settling in before closing? Stay away , he is not doing you a favour as seller, he only wants his 20 K .

I had already moved to West Virginia so this was going to be a challenging sale for me. Kathy at the office was always making sure I was updated on all changes that were going on with the sale.
