In the world of online real estate there are so many things you can view from online and it can be very overwhelming and very unrealistic. Vicki sat down with us and treated us as more than just clients; she evaluated our needs/wants and then hand-picked individual homes to show us; as well as showed us her user friendly website that is searchable to your needs. She was very upfront and honest about all properties telling us the good, bad, and in between. A lot of people assume that because a home is listed by a certain agency that you have to use that agency to see/buy that home, but Vicki and her team can show you any house on the market as a buyer’s agent! Vicki and her team helped us find the perfect property, but it did need some updates. She used her years of experience to help us negotiate the cost & we ended up with everything we could have ever asked for & more! The process of the updates was confusing and we didn’t want to be taken advantage of buy cost/labor. Vicki has an amazing array of vendors and labors who worked with us and Vicki throughout the whole process to help us remodel and update our house. Vicki and her team leap over the line of standard home buying/selling services and will have your back through and through. Wither you’re buying or selling no one knows the market and will help you find the best fit for YOU like Vicki and her team!

Whenever we needed the door and the dryer fixed it took them forever to get people over to our house to fix them. I did not enjoy the experience.

Experiencia fantástica: I stayed in one of their rental properties for two years while attending ATSU. The management was always very prompt whenever there was an issue with the property. For example, the wind blew off the front screen door once, and they got someone to fix it pretty quickly. Another time, it sounded like the toilet never stopped running, they sent someone to fix that that quickly too. They were always easy to work with.
