She was knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. I always felt like she had my best interests at heart. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor and would highly recommend Jenny to anyone looking to buy a house In beautiful Ball Ground !!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Jennifer Hillegas is the best in Ga. Always there to help. Jennifer has been a professional in all aspects of the process and she will be the first person I call if I decide to do it again! Thanks Jennifer!!

Experiencia fantástica: When our 6 month contract with another realtor who did nothing was up June 30, we signed with Jennifer. We had an offer in a week and closed on the house today August 14. Six weeks total. All this happened electronically, email, text and phone calls because we had moved to Florida. Wow! Just Wow! I don’t know if anyone who has ever sold a house that fast. If you need a realtor in Rome or any surrounding areas including Alabama and as far as Atlanta, this company can get it done. You won’t have to worry about whether or not your agent is working day and night and even on her vacation to sell your house. Jennifer is the energizer bunny of real estate! And she knows all the laws and the restrictions and the rules because she has EXPERIENCE! And that really counts! She and her team are THE best! She answers every call and text and email promptly. She’s personable, professional, friendly, funny, nice, kind , PATIENT, a go getter. Nothing flusters her and she always knows the answers! Would never sign with anyone except Jennifer Hillegas and her team! Thank you so so much for getting our house sold! With the proceeds we paid off our house in Florida and that is a GREAT feeling !

Experiencia fantástica: Working with Jennifer Hillegas from Sign Your Deed Realty made our cross-country relocation infinitely smoother. Moving across the country involves so many logistical hurdles, but Jennifer navigated them with absolute professionalism and grace. She was consistently proactive, incredibly knowledgeable about the local market, and served as a true advocate for our family throughout the entire process. If you are looking for a realtor who is as diligent as she is personable, I cannot recommend Jennifer highly enough. She turned a potentially stressful transition into an exciting new beginning. A truly five-star experience!

Experiencia fantástica: We cannot recommend Jennifer highly enough! She listed our home in Rome, GA while we were in the process of relocating out of state — meaning we were largely unavailable and unable to manage things locally. Jennifer handled it all with ease. She kept us informed every step of the way, always knew what needed to happen next, and proactively helped us coordinate contractors and schedule appointments so nothing fell through the cracks. Her communication was seamless, and her local knowledge and connections made all the difference. My husband said he hardly had to think about a thing — and that is the highest compliment we can give. Jennifer is the kind of agent who takes genuine pride in her work and goes above and beyond what you'd expect, not because you'd ask her to, but simply because that's who she is. This was hands down the smoothest move we have ever made. If you are buying or selling in the Rome area, Jennifer is the one to call.

Experiencia fantástica: Jennifer helped show me how to create great credit scores because of her expertise I was able to buy a home at 20 years old! I still live in that home and it has more than tripled 3x the value! I refer her to everyone I know that needs to buy or sell real estate!

Experiencia fantástica: Jennifer is a true gem when it comes to selling your home. She makes everything feel so seamless and effortless. She sold our home in under 3 months of placing our listing with her. Her professionalism, kindness and the attention she shows is unparalleled to any realtor I have ever worked with. She used cell phone pictures, which I believe is much more effective in showing the true home you are buying, versus professional photos!

Experiencia fantástica: I would like to thank my realtor Jennifer Hillegas she is the best. She sold my house that I had inherited with a Reverse Mortgage and I made a profit which is not heard of now days. But the key is to have the will probated ASAP. Jennifer kept me updated step by step until the house was sold. Thank you so very much for everything you did for this house to sell.

Experiencia fantástica: Jennifer was great, helpful, effectiant and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend her and sign your deed reality for all your needs in reality.

Experiencia fantástica: Jennifer and Beth are the best realtors out there!! They have both helped my partner and I out tremendously throughout the process of buying our first home. They were so patient and attentive as we looked at a few different houses before landing on the one we loved. They also helped us negotiate with the other people/businesses that are involved in the process to score a better deal. 10/10 recommend these sweet people!!

Experiencia fantástica: Jennifer is a wonderful agent! Will choose her anytime I go to buy a house!

Experiencia fantástica: Jennifer and Beth helped us sell our house after another realtor failed to give us even one showing in three months! Plus we bought another home that was 800 square feet bigger for less money and all brick. We walked away with quite a bit of money in our pocket to pay off debt and buy our new home and have money to buy new furniture! Jennifer does her job and sometimes other people’s to make your dreams come true as fast as possible. I have used them twice and both Jennifer and Beth are awesome and totally trustworthy

Experiencia fantástica: Jennifer was called on a Friday afternoon and was requested to show houses on the next day (Saturday). With short notice she still said yes to accommodating the request. We arranged to meet and instead of Jennifer her partner was there to greet me. ◇ Moral of the story... Jennifer and Beth work as a team and get things done. ◇ Beth preceded to arrange to see ALL SIX houses I had wanted to look at that had been handed to earlier that day. The first house we saw was the ONE. But Beth dutifully advised me to look at the others on the list. ◇Moral of the story... She wanted to be sure and was willing to invest time in my search.◇ By the time I saw the next three.. I said write the contract for the first one. The contract went smoothly. They were certain to cover my best interest. The deal was made after giving me sound advise. I would highly recommend this group to anyone.

Experiencia positiva: Jennifer was great! Sold my house within 4 months even though it needed some work. I was very happy with my experience and I would use her again to buy or sell.

Between her knowledge of the market and her negotiating skills you are sure to get the right home at the best possible price.

Experiencia fantástica: I used Sign Your Deed realty in 2016 to purchase a foreclosed home. Even though it was not a glamorous property and the commission was nominal Beth was as helpful as she was tenacious in negotiating a fair price. Experiencia fantástica: We worked with Jennifer Hilligas for a little over a year. We’d look for a while, then give up because we couldn’t find the perfect home for us. I couldn’t begin to say how many houses we looked at during that time. Whether we planned for one or three, or added three more last minute as we were going through the originally planned houses, or went back to see the same house several times, she was wonderful every step of the way. She was always quick to answer our questions and there for whatever we needed. Never pushy, rushed, or bothered by any crazy thing we threw at her. She took note of everything we wanted, and then she found the perfect house for us. We made multiple trips to look at various things and she was always ready and willing to be there with us. We closed on the house yesterday. She helped to ensure that everything went smoothly. We are very grateful for her knowledge, dedication, and professionalism. I can’t recommend her enough. If you’re in search of a realtor, Jennifer Hilligas is your girl.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m not easy to work with. I’m picky. I don’t like anything. And I’m reluctant to spend money. Yet, somehow, through all the trials and tribulations that come along with trying to find something to please me, Jennifer managed to stay poised and maintained a professional (and personal) approach for the duration. I would have fired me as a client a long time ago, but Jen hung in there and found the perfect house for us. She, and her company, are top tier. There’s ZERO chance I would choose another realty company over these ladies.

Experiencia fantástica: Jennifer Hillegas is the best agent to work with ! We sold and bought with her . She made the buying experience so much fun and she had our house sold in 24 hours and at the full asking price ! She did everything she could and worked her magic to make this a carefree fun process . Like really she did EVERYTHING

Experiencia fantástica: We had our house listed with two other agents and there was no activity. Jennifer showed the house multiple times and found a buyer within 2 months. She worked hard and was always there to help us and answer our questions. We have recommended her to several other people and will continue to do so. THANK YOU Jennifer!

Experiencia fantástica: Jennifer always does great work! I Promise I have never had another realtor take care of me like she has! And I have owned 3 about to be 4 houses in the last 16 years and Jennifer is the the best hands down! Hard working, honest, dependable & stays with you through every aspect: from your home being listed, marketed, SOLD, and through the purchase of another new house. I wouldn't recommend anyone else besides Jennifer Hillegas, Nice Cribs Realty LLC

Thanks for making this a pleasent experiance and your vast knowlege of the buisness reslly helped us set the right price for the property.

Experiencia fantástica: If your are looking for someone honest, knowledgeable, reliable, fast, efficient, and friendly who will work hard for you, then look no further. They have helped me purchase and sell several homes. Jennifer is the best agent I have ever had the opportunity to work with. Coming from someone with the experience of buying and selling multiple homes she is the only agent I ever use or recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: From start to finish, Jennifer takes the bull by the horns and makes it happen. Whether you are buying or selling, you won't find another agent who will go above and beyond in the ways Jennifer does on a daily basis. I will be recommending her to all of my family and friends.
