Experiencia fantástica: We recently sold our house in Logandale NV using Clea Whitney as our agent. She is the absolute best for the Moapa Valley area. She knows the area so well because she has lived here all here life (I believe) and raised her two sons here. We were in a unique situation as this was our second house we were selling in as many months. So needless to say our stress level was off the charts. But Clea was always there to reassure me not to worry because it would all work out, and it did. She took care of things at the house when we couldn’t be there for one reason or another. I would not hesitate to recommend Clea Whitney over any other agent in the valley ever. She’s the best!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Clea went way above and beyond in her professionalism and assistance in the purchase of our new home. She was right there assisting us in issues we even had in the sale of our old home to which she wasn't even a Seller Agent. With her integrity and tenacious manner in addressing every hurdle we came across you can definitely see she implores customer satisfaction 110%, even when it's not her duty. We will forever be grateful to you Clea and will refer anyone we know that needs assistance in home purchase or sale.

Experiencia fantástica: icon of the century

Experiencia fantástica: I had found some properties in the Moapa Valley and drove the 1300 mile round trip to go see them. I was very impressed with the real estate office and was assigned to Ana Houchen for my realtor. However when some of my questions came up Clea also jumped in to help me get the answers. Being a small town country boy at heart I fell in love with the town. Unfortunately the properties both needed far too much work to even begin to make them usable. Ana did take me to the property I was most interested in twice to finally get to see it all. It was a multiple listing with very little information available and took her many calls to get answers from the listing agent that was in Las Vegas. She also did the same for the second property I was interested in. I have found looking at property in remote areas there just are not local realtors and the listing agents far away are not very interested in traveling that far, especially for the price range I was looking at. Clea's is a true local real estate company and I would definitely recommend them. They followed through getting me all the answers and kept in contact with me so I knew just how hard they were trying. It did not seem to matter what time of day, if I reached out with a question I always received an immediate response back.Quite a change from others I had dealt with in other areas that either took up to a week or never responded at all.I will continue to watch for the new listings in the area and will be back again to have them help me with a property purchase if I can just find what I want in the area.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely loved working with this team. Super friendly and attentive. Would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to buy.

Experiencia fantástica: Clea and her team are AWESOME!!! There is no one who knows the valley as well as these people, and they go all out to help you find just the right place or, if you are selling, get the best buyer for your property.
