The home and barn were part of a larger parcel that needed to be subdivided prior to the sale. There were three owners who all needed to be part of every decision process. Joyce aided us with every part of process from the beginning by taking new pictures, aerial video, and revamping the entire listing! Those changes brought many interested buyers to the property to for showing and the key buyer who understood it would be a quick sale. Joyce Rowlands continued to go above and beyond by making calls on our behalf, negotiating with the buyers because the subdivision took so long to complete, and meeting with inspectors. Wanted us to meet her at Mays in Berwick to give her a blank check! Left garage from these people outside our house, after we just cleaned up the garage outside, My husband told her how are people allowed in before closing she said your not the realitor I am!
