We happened across him when requesting to walk through a cottage we saw on Zillow and Parker responded. Boy, did we hit the jackpot! When I say he went above and beyond, I truly mean it! Because our search radius was quite large, Parker ended up driving far our of his jurisdiction multiple times and sometimes without us because we live out of state. More than a few times, he would research the area to ensure we could AirBnB the property, or if we could install WiFi, etc. Finally, he was knowdledgable about construction / maintenance of the properties and the mortgage process. We are so appreciative of Parker! You cannot and will not go wrong if he was your realtor!!

Not only did he help us to find the perfect property for our needs, and we were pretty picky, he walked us through every step of the process with patience and diligence. Parker absolutely helped me navigate the decisions and complications that came up (even working from a Detroit Lions game at one point!!). He is very responsive to questions and with advice, but he does not push you make any specific decisions; Parker is great at explaining the options and pros / cons so that you can make an informed decision. I highly recommend him for the greater Kalamazoo area as well, as he is from here and knows the neighborhoods like the back of his hand.
